HOW DO I APPLY FOR FREE OR REDUCED PRICE MEALS?

Complete and return a meal application to your school or the Nutrition Services Department.  Your application will be processed according to the USDA guidelines, using the most current scale of family size and income.  You will be mailed a letter indicating whether the application for free meals or reduced meals was approved or denied.  Be sure to read the letter carefully for the eligibility and student’s names. Your application may be returned if additional information is required.

Last year’s eligibility is effective until September 30, 2015.  If you do not have an approved meal application on file as of that date, your student will need to pay full-price for school meals.Applications will be sent home with every student and are available through the schools and the District Office.  Only one application is needed per family.
